What Spiritual Trailhead is
Spiritual Trailhead is a spiritual reflection and journaling service with Christian and Open paths. An optional Tarot or Oracle lens uses images and symbols for reflection only. It is not prediction, fortune-telling, therapy, medical advice, or religious authority.
Spiritual Trailhead is operated by Timeless Touch and Design, LLC. References to “Spiritual Trailhead,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy mean Timeless Touch and Design, LLC. This policy covers the iOS app and the Spiritual Trailhead website. Questions can be sent to hello@spiritualtrailhead.com.
Information the app handles
On your device, the app stores your adult confirmation, privacy consent, selected path, optional Tarot setting, journal style, account session, and a short-lived cache of verified subscription access.
In Supabase, the app stores an account identifier and your private journal entries, including journal text or guided responses, journal and reflection dates, selected path, whether Tarot was included, completion state, and timestamps. If you add recovery, Supabase also stores your email address. A name is not required.
For a recoverable paying account, RevenueCat and Apple handle purchase and subscription information. Spiritual Trailhead sends RevenueCat the same non-guessable account UUID used by Supabase, not your journal text. Subscription status, product and transaction identifiers, dates, renewal state, management links, and Founder eligibility are synchronized to Supabase.
RevenueCat may also process end-user technical information, such as device type and operating system, and transaction information such as last-seen time and an Apple receipt, as described in RevenueCat’s privacy materials. The app does not request Apple’s advertising identifier or configure an advertising integration.
When you use Scripture Lookup, the app sends the Scripture reference you enter and a fixed request for the World English Bible translation directly to bible-api.com so that provider can return the requested passage text. Because this is a network request, bible-api.com may also receive normal request metadata, such as your IP address, the request time, and HTTP headers supplied by your device and network software. The lookup does not send journal text, guided responses, an account identifier, a recovery email address, subscription or purchase data, path or Tarot preferences, or other Spiritual Trailhead private content.
We have not verified whether or how long bible-api.com retains Scripture references or normal request metadata, so we do not make a claim about that provider’s retention practices.
Information the website handles
The prelaunch website stores the email address and optional first name you submit for a Founder reservation, together with reservation status and timestamps. It does not collect payment.
The reservation endpoint keeps a one-way request fingerprint for hourly rate limiting. The database migration specifies that raw IP addresses are not stored. The website code does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.
How information is used
Information is used to remember your choices, authenticate and recover your account, save and display your private journal, verify paid access, restore purchases, enforce limited Founder availability, prevent duplicate or abusive requests, respond to support, and contact people who asked to hear about a Founder reservation.
The V1 repository does not send journal text to an AI model, advertising service, analytics service, email, notification provider, or diagnostic-reporting service. Journal text is used to save and display your journal.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication, database, and server functions. RevenueCat processes subscription status and purchase events. Apple processes App Store purchases and subscription billing. bible-api.com returns World English Bible passage text for Scripture references you request. Cloudflare hosts the website and routes Founder reservation requests.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices. The V1 repository contains no advertising integration or code that sends journal content or subscription data to a data broker for cross-app tracking.
Retention and deletion
Live journal and account rows remain in Supabase while your account exists. In the app, Settings includes Delete Spiritual Trailhead account. After confirmation, deletion removes the Supabase Auth user, journal entries, and account-linked entitlement, then clears local onboarding and subscription state after the server confirms deletion. Backup retention is governed by provider configuration that is not defined in this repository.
Deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription. Billing can continue until you cancel through Apple. Restore or manage the subscription from Settings before deleting if needed.
After account deletion, the backend can retain identity-detached purchase records needed for purchase integrity, restoration, reconciliation, dispute or fraud review, and Founder capacity. These records may include an original provider transaction identifier, plan, App Store environment, Founder number, and last provider event time. They do not retain the deleted Supabase user UUID or email. The repository does not enforce a fixed deletion date for those records.
A website Founder reservation has no automated retention period in the repository. Contact hello@spiritualtrailhead.com to request deletion or correction of a reservation. Reset onboarding choices is not account deletion and does not delete saved journal entries.
Your choices
You may leave Tarot off, change paths or journal style, reset local onboarding choices, add an email for recovery, sign out, restore purchases, manage an Apple subscription, or delete the account in Settings. A recoverable account is required before purchasing so paid access is not attached to an anonymous installation.
To withdraw consent to local onboarding storage, use Start onboarding over in Settings. To remove the account and journal data, use Delete Spiritual Trailhead account instead.
Security and age
The app uses platform authentication and database access controls intended to keep journal entries scoped to their account. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Spiritual Trailhead V1 is intended for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children.
Policy changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the product or its data handling changes. The current version and updated date will be posted in the app and on this website.
