Spiritual Trailhead is operated by Timeless Touch and Design, LLC. The V1 support path is hello@spiritualtrailhead.com for account, journal, purchase, Founder reservation, and privacy questions. Never email journal text or a six-digit sign-in code.
In the iOS app, open Settings to add or verify a recovery email, sign in, sign out, or permanently delete the account. Account deletion does not require contacting support.
Deleting the account removes its journal entries. Resetting onboarding is different and does not delete journal entries.
Restore purchases from the membership controls. An active membership also shows a path to manage or cancel the Apple subscription. Deleting the Spiritual Trailhead account does not cancel Apple billing.
Spiritual Trailhead is not emergency, medical, mental-health, or crisis support. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional when urgent help is needed.
