The service

Spiritual Trailhead is operated by Timeless Touch and Design, LLC. References to “Spiritual Trailhead,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms mean Timeless Touch and Design, LLC.

Spiritual Trailhead provides spiritual reflection prompts, private journaling, Christian and Open paths, and an optional Tarot or Oracle reflective lens. You must be at least 18 years old to use V1.

The service is for personal reflection. It is not therapy, medical or mental-health care, emergency support, legal advice, financial advice, spiritual direction, or a substitute for a qualified professional or trusted religious leader.

Tarot and spiritual content

Tarot or Oracle content is optional and uses images, symbols, and questions as a reflective prompt. It is not fortune-telling, prediction, a warning of fixed outcomes, or a claim of religious or spiritual authority.

You remain responsible for your beliefs, interpretations, decisions, and actions. Do not use the app as the basis for urgent, medical, safety, legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.

Accounts and journal data

After privacy consent, the app can create an anonymous Supabase account without requiring a name or email. An anonymous account may become inaccessible if the app is removed or local storage is cleared. Adding and verifying an email makes the same account recoverable.

You are responsible for access to your device and email. Do not share sign-in codes. Spiritual Trailhead does not offer account merging in V1 and blocks unsafe account switching when an anonymous journal may contain entries.

Your journal remains your content. You give Spiritual Trailhead permission to store, transmit, and display it only as needed to operate the service. Do not use the service to violate law or another person’s rights or attempt to access another account.

Subscriptions and billing

The Monthly subscription is presented as $5 per month with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. After an eligible trial, it renews monthly unless canceled. The Founder subscription is presented as $29 per year, has no trial, renews annually unless canceled, and may be limited to eligible accounts while Founder availability remains.

The Apple purchase sheet is authoritative for the localized price, billing period, trial eligibility, taxes, and terms shown before you confirm. Payment is charged by Apple. Availability and eligibility do not guarantee that a StoreKit product or offer will be approved or available in every storefront.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through Apple. Restore purchases and, when available for the account, Manage or cancel subscription are in Settings and on the membership screen. Deleting the Spiritual Trailhead account does not cancel Apple billing.

Account deletion

You may permanently delete the account from Settings without contacting support. The app provides confirmation before deletion and allows immediate deletion even when an Apple subscription remains active.

Deletion removes the account and associated journal entries as described in the Privacy Policy. Limited identity-detached purchase records may remain for the operational purposes described there. Account deletion cannot be undone.

Availability and changes

The service may be interrupted by connectivity, maintenance, App Store, Supabase, RevenueCat, or other technical conditions. Features and content may change, but subscription and marketing descriptions must continue to reflect the product actually offered.

If these Terms change materially, the updated version and date will be made available in the app and on the website. Continued use after an update is subject to the version then presented, to the extent allowed by applicable law.

Apple license and contact

For an iOS download, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless Spiritual Trailhead supplies a custom EULA in App Store Connect. These Terms govern the Spiritual Trailhead service and supplement that app license.
